I have the honour to forward six copies of the Census Returns for this Colony taken on the night of the 29th of last January.
2.
As shown in Table II, the European population has increased by about 21% during the last ten years and the Non-European by about 75%. The population as a whole has increased from 217,936 in 1891 to 283,905 in 1901 or about 30%.
